Nanoscale trinary logic elements on the base of complex carbon nanocomposite

Abstract

This report contains information about computer modeling of the nanoscale trinary logic elements on the base of carbon nanotube T-junction and encaged dimers of fullerenes. Under external electric field with terahertz frequency the internal fullerene C60 moves between three potential wells that determines logic state.
