Abstract
In this work, we investigate the passage of the tunneling current through the contact between nanostructures. This report examines graphene monolayers with zigzag and armchair topologies, as well as carbon nanotubes of various chiralities. The first chapter describes the physical and mathematical apparatus, and the second chapter describes the results of modeling this phenomenon.
