Abstract

The processes of formation of interference signal in a laser speckle interferometer at lateral displacement of a scattering surface are investigated. A computer mathematical model of laser interference system of registration of spatial-time signal of speckle interferometer with digital recording of interference images has been developed. The mathematical model of the speckle interferometer of lateral displacements of scattering surface is based on diffraction transformations of wave fields. Numerical diffraction discrete transformations of spatial distributions of complex amplitudes of wave fields were used for computer simulation of formation of measuring signal of laser speckle interferometer of lateral scattering object displacements. The results of numerical simulation of the complex amplitudes of wave fields at the output of the speckle interferometer confirm the results of realized experimental studies of lateral temperature object displacements in the displacement range up to 400 micrometers.
