The influence of the Henry factor on the dynamics of broad-area semiconductor lasers

Abstract
The work investigates the space-time dynamics of semiconductor broad-area lasers with allowance for the Henry factor. The simulated dynamics demonstrates the modulation instability, which is successfully suppressed by coherent injection and makes it possible to achieve stable spatially uniform lasing.
