Abstract
The reflection of the reflection of a vector polarized vortex beam at the boundaries of flat inhomogeneous anisotropic layers and metasurfaces is considered. The beam is represented as a set of plane waves using the Fourier transform. Using the boundary conditions for obliquely incident plane waves in an arbitrarily oriented plane, the light reflection and transmission matrices are obtained. These matrices depend on the direction of the wave vector of the incident light wave, and are also determined by the structure of the surface. The reflected beam is calculated using inverse Fourier transforms.
