Abstract
The report provides a brief overview of the results of research over the past 5 years on the use of magnetic nanoparticles in nanoteranostics.The results of studies of the behavior of functionalized magnetic nanoparticles in a viscous environment ( for gels,intracellular fluids and other physiological media) are discussed .Solutions of the equation of rotational-vibrational motion of magnetic nanoparticles under the action of an alternating magnetic field for further use in targeted drug delivery and magnetomechanical actuation are considered.For optimized parameters of variable magnetic A description of the application of magnetic-mechanical actuation in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering is presented here,and the controlled release of drugs from nanocapsules is considered in the same context.
