Mathematical pattern recognition models in a problem of gut dysbiosis diagnosis

Abstract
The report gives a possible approach for diagnosing disbiosis of the large intestine using models of pattern recognition theory. Methods of finding a correlation between intestinal flora and the presence of E. coli in it are considered. It is proposed to use machine learning methods as search methods.
