Abstract

The composition, structure and microhardness of steel samples after induction nitriding were studied. As a result of high-temperature nitriding, the saturation of P6M5 steel with nitrogen with its content in the surface layer from 4.19 to 7.3 at.% was observed. The maximum surface microhardness of the samples was 1950±70 HV1. 98. The possibility of forming hardened diffusion layers with a depth of up to 200 μm and a microhardness of up to 1500±50 HV0.98 on P6M5 steel was established. The parameters of the diffusion layer depth and microhardness depend on the sample temperature and the duration of treatment during induction nitriding.

Здравствуйте! Используют ли для этого магнетронное плазменное напыление в плазме низкого давления?
Pavel
Здравствуйте! Нет, метод основан на индукционном нагреве.
