Improved single beam CARS using time-domain ptychography

Abstract

CARS microscopy relies on complex and costly setups. Single-beam CARS overcomes this at the expense of signal-to-noise. Using time-domain ptychographic pulse compression (i2PIE) we show single-beam CARS results with improved signal-to-noise.
