Abstract

The analysis of the current state of research to identify the toxicity of upconversion nanoparticles various types was carried out. In this work, the weak toxicity of the upconversion particles we synthesized was shown. Intravenous administration of particles causes a change in red blood cells shape. The most pronounced antineoplastic action (phototoxicity) was achieved with a double injection of nanoparticles with tumor irradiation.
The work was carried out under the financial support from the Russian Science Foundation (project No. 19-12-00118)
