Structure and vibrational spectrum of uridine

Abstract
The structure and vibrational spectra of uridine in various stable conformations have been analyzed based on calculations using the b3lyp/6-31+G (d, p) method.The results of theoretical modeling have been compared with experimental spectra. On the basis of the concept of local symmetry the separation of vibrations localized to the fragments of the uridine molecule has been carried.
