Dynamics of two coupled van der Pol-Mathieu oscillators

Abstract
The behavior of two coupled van der Pol - Mathieu oscillators is under study. Depending on the values of the control parameters, the dynamics of one such autonomous self-oscillating parametric oscillator is determined either its self-oscillating or parametric component. Therefore, all possible combinations are considered: both oscillators in the self-oscillating mode; both oscillators in parametric mode; one oscillator is in self-oscillating mode, the other is in parametric mode.
