Abstract

A model of a ring of FitzHugh-Nagumo oscillators connected through memristive elements is studied. The self-oscillating and excitable modes of the dynamics the ensemble are considered. The influence of initial states of memristors on the characteristics of a traveling wave is shown. It was found that in the excitable dynamics mode, the initial distribution of states memristive coupling elements significantly affects the frequency of excitation pulses. This effect can persist at very small deviations of memristive coupling elements from ideal memristors.
