Abstract
The article discusses options for a decision-making system as part of a hybrid power plant control system, with the aim of predicting electricity generation based on meteorological observations. To build a decision-making system, options were investigated on the basis of fuzzy sets, neural networks and their combinations, and the optimal option was selected.
