Abstract

Abstract. It was studied a process of Langmuir monolayers of iron phthalocyanine formation at various conditions. The optimal conditions of monolayer formation were determined by the analysis of atomic force microscopy images of Langmuir-Blodgett films of iron phthalocyanine and compression isotherms. Multilayered films of iron phthalocyanine were formed and studied by the scanning tunneling microscopy. An influence of layers number on the photosensitivity of phthalocyanines films were studied.
The reported study was funded by Council for Grants of the President of the Russian Federation project № MK-1503.2020.8
