Abstract
Quantum capacity (QC) makes significant contribution to total capacity of low-dimensional materials. Its increasing is one of the most important problems for developers of modern energy storage devices. γ‐Fe2O3/CNT composite is widely used as anode of lithium-ion batteries and supercapacitors. By the method DFTB it was found QC of this composite grows with increase of iron particles concentration. Calculations show that the value of QC at the Fermi level for γ‐Fe2O3/CNT is correlated with the theoretical specific capacity of the material.
