Abstract

The experimental data on the wavelength-dependent photo-conductance of thin nanostructured WO3 films near the edge of the fundamental absorption band (at the wavelengths around 440 nm) are presented. The dependence of the photo-conductance rise rate on the wavelength under pulsed-periodic laser irradiation was used to evaluate the Urbach energy of the examined system.
