Abstract
The volumetric anisotropic microlattices, all-optically integrated into different compound materials, are interesting for investigations since they are potentially perspective for optical micro- and nanoelectronic technologies. In this paper the peculiarities of the properties of the volumetric anisotropic microlattices in different compound materials are considered and the comparisons of the nonlinear processes of light-beam transformations in dependence on the concentrations of different chemical elements in investigated bulk samples are discussed.
