Abstract
A method of laser welding of glass capillaries with a picosecond laser is described. We used laser radiation with a wavelength of 1064 nm, a pulse duration of 10 picoseconds, a pulse repetition rate of more than 100 kHz, and an average power of 6 W. Outer diameter of glass capillary 2 mm. This method makes it possible to weld the capillaries butt, T-shaped connection, L-shaped connection.
