Abstract
Luminescence is one of the modern effective methods for tissues study. It is widely used for disease diagnosis and monitoring of tissue state. Up-converting nanoparticles are non-toxic and have stable emission. Thus, they are the most used materials in biophysics to detect and study the tissue structure change methods, such as Optical Clearing. This study shows the possibility to use the Up-converting nanoparticles for the monitoring of the luminescent signal, which changes due to the compression of muscle tissue.
