            Abstract
Recently, a new optical clearing (OC) method called computational OC (based on diffusion equation) has been presented. This
OC method applies diffuse reflectance spectroscopic data to estimate distribution of particular chromophores of interest hidden on the background of absorption of blood,
melanin and water without applying any inverse methods. This method offers a fast and low-cost method to measure the content of choromophores inside skin which opens a new way for personal medicine.
Here, we apply this method to estimate melanin and carotenoids inside the skin of the palm.
