Abstract
In this paper, we studied bone tissue samples from rats when modeling osteoresorption in microgravity. In the course of the work, bone samples of female and male rats with osteoporosis were studied in the treatment of hydroxyapatite using Raman spectroscopy. As a result, spectral differences between the studied samples were established (control samples, samples with a model of osteoporosis, samples with a model of osteoporosis in the treatment of hydroxyapatite).
Keywords: Raman spectroscopy, cortical bone tissue, hanging, hydroxyapatite.
