Noise suppression effect in a heteromagnetic active oscillator

Abstract
A circuit of a heteromagnetic active oscillator with a YIG resonator is considered. Computer simulation has been carried out. The dependence of the output parameters on the barrier capacity of the P-N junctions is presented.
