Abstract
At room temperature due to the effect of dielectric gain, exiton series were observed in three types of films based on lead sulfide: in microcrystal films obtained by evaporation in a vacuum, as well as by hydrochemical deposition and nanocrystal films based on deposition of quantum dots.
