Measurement of phase noise level and threshold sensitivity of magnetic field sensor with YIG resonator

Abstract
The article presents the results of measurements of the level of phase noise and threshold sensitivity of the magnetic field sensor with a resonator of the YIG film. Measurements were carried out both for a single direct-counting sensor and for the difference circuit of two sensors in-phase and antiphase.
