Abstract
Fungal lesions of the skin and nails represent one of the most common groups of human diseases. The main pathogens of mycoses are representatives of the genera Trichophyton, Epidermophyton, Microsporum, Candida, Malassezia, Scopulariopsis, Aspergillus, etc. However, when isolating the pathogen from pathological material, difficulties in their determination arise, which leads to errors in treatment. In this paper a system for automatic identification and classification of various types of mushrooms on the basis of intelligent analysis algorithms are suggested. The developed system allows diagnosing the disease with high accuracy.
