Abstract
A mathematical model has been described and a theoretical study of the localization patterns of specific volumetric thermal sources in gold plasmon nanostars embedded in the film DLC structure and irradiated with a laser light has been carried out. The obtained distributions make it possible to estimate the intensity of generation of "hot electrons" under the influence of laser irradiation. The effect of dimensional factors of nanoparticles on these processes has been investigated. Promising applications of such structures with field localization in medicine and electronics are discussed. This research was funded by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (project No. 19-07-00338).
