Abstract
This work describes the results of the optical probing using the narrow-band spectral selection of the broadband radiation scattered by a medium, which was a result of the fluorescence induced in the dye-doped medium pumped by the laser light. A statistical analysis of the stochastic interference fields, formed by the strongly scattering media saturated with pyridine, has been carried out using the method of referenceless low-coherence reflectometry under unideal detection conditions, when the characteristic propagation length of the probe radiation in the medium is much greater than the coherence length of the detected signal.
