Abstract

We consider spin-torque oscillators coupled in a non-standard
way. Unlike usual coupling via common current we consider an
interaction via the oscillator magnetic fields localized with the help
of diamagnet isolators. This setup is much more flexible and admits
various complicated coupling configurations. We consider a small
starlike network of spin-torque oscillators with a single oscillator
in the middle coupled with three peripheral ones. The peripheral
oscillators can interact only with the hub while their
cross-interactions are blocked by the isolators. We study various
synchronization effects in this network. In particular we consider
their remote synchronization when the peripheral oscillators are
synchronized while the hub remain unsynchronized with them. This work
